Pray for money management

Pray God would give you both wisdom to handle financial responsibilities.

Pray for thoughtfulness as you work together to create a budget, pay off bills, and

spend for needs. Pray you both would be on the same page with tithing and stewardship

of your money for God’s Kingdom. Pray for any areas where you disagree about

spending or saving money, that God would give you clarity and agreement.

Matthew 6:21 "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Malachi 3:10 "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."

Romans 13:8 "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."

Hebrews 13:5 "Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."

Finances is a big part of your marriage. There's bank accounts, joint and individual, savings accounts, mortgages, groceries, etc. All with amounts due and a plan needed to pay them. As a married couple, either you designate a financial wizard in the couple, or you just plan together. Either way it goes it takes you both you to decide on the outcome. Tithing is a big thing in my marriage, we tithe off any income coming through our home. God loves cheerful givers and that's how we are to tithe.
