30 Day Prayer 4 Your Marriage Challenge Day 13

Pray that your spouse would be quick to forgive you

Pray that your spouse would quickly forgive you. Pray they will let go of bitterness quickly. Pray there is understanding on past hurts. Pray a repentant prayer to God over areas where you have hurt your spouse and you know you have . Ask for your spouse’s forgiveness.

Acts 3:19 "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"

1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Forgiveness, a word a lot of people don't want to own up to. We must forgive one another. If we can obtain forgiveness from the father, we need to forgive people ourselves.  On that note, let us forgive our spouses and pray they can forgive us. With Gods help and the scriptures above we can pray a prayer for our spouse that aid in forgiveness. Hopefully this marriage challenge is working on you and your spouses hearts.
