Noah was 500 years old and had Shem, Ham and Japheth.

Genesis Chapter 6 ~ The Wickedness & Judgement of Man

Mankind was multiplying and men were having daughters. These men were seeing the beautiful daughters and began taking them for wives for themselves. The Lord said " My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be 120 years." There were giants in those days and children were born to them from the daughters of men.

God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination and thought of his heart was continuously evil. The Lord was sorry he made man on earth and it grieved his heart. The Lord said "I will destroy man that I have created from the face of the earth. Man, beast and the creeping things, and the fowl of the air, for it repented me that I have made them. But Noah found Grace in the eyes of the Lord. Noah was a just and perfect man in his generation and Noah walked with God. Noah had three sons Shem ,Ham and Japheth. The earth was corrupt before God, the earth was filled with violence God looked upon the earth and behold it was corrupt. All flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

God told Noah the end of all flesh is come before me.  The Earth is filled with violence and behold I will destroy them from the earth. Make an ark of gopher wood and make rooms in the ark. The ark shall be 300 cubits in length ,the breadth of it 50 cubits, and the height of it 30 cubits. Make a window and a door in the ark with a lower, second, and third story. I will bring a flood of water upon the Earth to destroy all flesh wherein is the breath of life. From under heaven and everything in the earth shall die but I will establish a covenant with you Noah, and thou shalt come into the ark with your sons, their wives, and their sons wives and every living thing of flesh two of everything shall be brought into the ark male and female. Fowls of every kind, cattle of every kind, and every creeping thing of the earth, two of each for them to multiply. Take food, gather for everyone to eat. Noah did according to what God commanded him.
