Hello ladies.

This week I want to share with you the word God has given to me.

"What Must I Do To Be Saved"

In Acts chapter 16 verses 16-30. We have Paul one of Jesus' disciples going to prayer. They were met by a lady that was a soothsayer. She was possessed with a spirit of divination. She followed them telling everyone they were the servants of the most high God which shows us the way to salvation. She did it so many days til Paul got tired and it grieved his spirit so that he just commanded the spirit to come out of her. When she returned back to her masters with no more use for gain by her soothsaying the men went and found Paul and Silas. They turned them in saying they were Jews who were troubling the city. They rose against them and took their clothes and beat them. Afterward they were thrown in prison. The jailer was asked to watch them. He took them and put chains on their feet. Paul and Silas started praying at midnight and singing praises unto God. All of a sudden there was an earthquake and the prison foundations were shaken, and all the doors opened up and all the chains were loosed. The prison guard woke up and was startled, he went to kill himself because he failed his command and thought the prisoners were gone. Paul yelled, "Do not harm yourself , for we are all here." He came in with a light and trembling. falling down before Paul and Silas. He asked, "What must I do to be saved?"

Just like the guardsman, some of us have asked, what must I do to be saved? But unlike those days, we don't have Jesus or disciples to teach the way. We have to rely on church, Christians, and our own faith to meet Jesus. Romans chapter 10 verse 9 tell that belief and confession will save us. If we confess the Lord Jesus with our mouth and believe in our hearts that God has raised Him from the dead, we are saved. That is the first step. Then you must be water baptized, like John he baptist baptized his cousin Jesus,and Spirit filled. As Jesus left that for us when He ascended to the Father after rising from the grave. It's not as hard as it seems. Developing your own relationship with God is key too, reading the bible, learning to understand it and praying. Finding a church that teaches the the word of God and not detouring from biblical principles. If you need help, I am here to help you. I will scour your cities and states on your behalf for a gospel lead , spirit filled, word church. With this little story in mind, and the question what must I do to be saved ringing in our hearts. I am going to pray with you guys.

The sinners prayer is needed if you have never been saved or if you have and left the Lord for whatever reason making you a backslider.

Lord Jesus, I ask You to forgive my sins and save me from eternal separation from God. By faith, I accept Your work and death on the cross as sufficient payment for my sins. Thank You for providing the way for me to know You and to have a relationship with my heavenly Father. Through faith in You, I have eternal life. Thank You also for hearing my prayers and loving me unconditionally. Please give me the strength, wisdom, and determination to walk in the center of Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

With the reading of Romans 10:9 and the prayer above, you are saved. Find a church and learn on the Lord. Remember Jesus loves you so much. Be blessed ladies til next time.
