Being a Christian isn't hard. We make it hard. Basically we want to change the rules. When we give our lives to God and become saved, we are no longer our own. We become His. Stop trying to put your salvation on layaway. Jesus paid the price already, just walk in the new found freedom of Christ and remember who your enemy is. Satan wants you for company when he goes home.Life is too short to end up in hell, but long enough to work toward heaven and spread the good news to others about it. God can do anything but fail.
